คำถามที่พบบ่อย
ดึงหน้าจะทำให้ตา / หางตาชี้ไหม
การผ่าตัดดึงหน้า โดยปกติแล้วไม่ทำให้หางตาชี้ หรือรูปทรงตาดูเปลี่ยนไป เนื่องจากเทคนิคที่เราใช้เป็นการดึงหน้าในชั้นลึก ทำให้ไม่จำเป็นที่จะต้อง ดึงผิวหนังให้ตึงมากจนดูผิดปกติ ดังนั้นคนไข้ที่เลือกผ่าตัดดึงหน้าชั้นลึก (Deep Plane Facelift) จึงไม่ต้องกังวลจะมีตาที่ดูชี้ผิดปกติอาจจะดูตึงขึ้นบริเวณหางตา ผิวหนังบริเวณหางตาดูยกขึ้น ประมาณ 1-2 สัปดาห์ หลังการผ่าตัดเท่านั้น
ในส่วนของคนไข้บางรายที่ต้องการ ปรับหางตาให้ยกขึ้นเล็กน้อยสามารถแจ้งความต้องการให้ศีลยแพทย์ทราบก่อนได้เพื่อปรับเทคนิคให้เหมาะสมตามความต้องการของคนไข้
รอยแผลซ่อนแผลไว้หลังหู

ในการผ่าตัดดึงหน้ากรณีที่ต้องมีการตัดเก็บผิวส่วนเกินบริเวณใบหน้าออก จำเป็นต้องมีแผลบริเวณหน้าหู ซึ่งด้วยเทคนิคของศัลยแพทย์โรงพยาบาลศัลยกรรมตกแต่งดับเบิ้ลยู สามารถซ่อนแผล ตามช่องที่มีตามธรรมชาติ เช่น ไว้บริเวณหน้าหู หรือบริเวณหลังกระดูกอ่อนหน้าใบหูได้ ทำให้เห็นรอยแผลผ่าตัดน้อย และด้วยการเย็บที่ละเอียด (Meticulous Technique) ทำให้แทบไม่เห็นรอยแผลเป็น
ใบหน้า / โครงหน้า จะเปลี่ยนเยอะไหม
ความเปลี่ยนแปลงหลังผ่าตัด จะขึ้นอยู่กับปัญหาของแต่บะบุคคล กรณีที่ก่อนผ่าตัดใบหน้ามีความหย่อนคล้อยเยอะมาก การผ่าตัดดึงหน้าจะเห็นผลลัพธ์ได้อย่างชัดเจน ดูอ่อนเยาว์ขึ้นหลายปี แต่ยังคงรูปหน้าเดิมอยู่ แต่ในบางรายที่ความหย่อยคล้อยยังไม่มาก หลังผ่าตัดจะเห็นรการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผิวที่ดูกระชับขึ้น สดชื่นขึ้น คนรอบข้างจะทักว่า “ดูสดใสขึ้น ไปทำอะไรมา?” การดึงหน้าที่ดี จะไม่ทำให้หน้าเปลี่ยนเป็นคนละคน แต่จะดูเป็นคนเดิมที่อ่อนเยาว์ขึ้น
ดึงหน้าจะช่วยแก้ตาตก / ถุงใต้ตาได้หรือไม่
สามารถช่วยได้ในระดับหนัง โดยอาจทำให้ผิวหนังบริเวณหางตาและใต้ตาดูยกขึ้นเล็กน้อย ส่วนปัญหาหนังตาที่มีสาเหตุมาจากคิ้วตก สามารถทำการดึงหน้าผาก (Forehead lift) หรือดึงขมับช่วยได้ ส่วนถุงใต้ตา สามารถกำจัดได้ด้วยการผ่าตัดถุงใต้ตา เนื่องจากการดึงหน้าอาจจะไม่สามารถแก้ปัญหาได้ทั้งหมด การผ่าตัดแก้ไขโดยตรงที่ส่วนนั้นๆ สามารถทำร่วมกับการดึงหน้าได้ เพื่อให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ออกมาที่ดีที่สุด
ดึงหน้าเฉพาะจุดได้ไหม
สามารถดึงเฉพาะจุดได้ แต่ผลลัพธ์อาจจะอยู่ไม่นาน ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับปัญหาของแต่ละบุคคล ว่ามีความหย่อนคล้อยบริเวณใดบ้าง แนะนำให้ปรึกษาแพทย์เพื่อประเมินการดึงหน้าตามปัญหาของแต่ละบุคคล เช่น กรณีกังวลเฉพาะ บริเวณขมับ, หน้าแก้ม, ร่องแก้ม หรือกระเปาะแก้ม ในกรณีที่ยังมีปัญหาไม่มาก อาจจะสามราถทำการผ่าตัดดึงหน้าเฉพาะส่วนที่มีปัญหาได้
ดึงหน้าอยู่ได้กี่ปี / ถาวรหรือไม่
ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้ขึ้นอยู่แต่ละบุคคล ปัญหาเริ่มต้น อายุ คุณภาพผิวและการดูแลตัวเองหลังทำ โดยผลลัพธ์ เฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 5-10 ปี
